Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in clients at branches in the Ranchi area.
• Appraise gold jewelry as per company norms.
• Process loans and other financial services in the Ranchi area.
• Cross-sell financial products and achieve individual and branch targets.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and policies laid down by the organization.
• Coordinate with various banks and prepare Bank Reconciliation Jharkhandments (BRS).
• Handle accounts-related tasks at the branch.
• Regular tele-calling customers to follow up on interest collection.

Qualification Criteria

• Age: Must be below 35 years.
• Experience: 6+ months of sales/marketing experience (with documentation).
