Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 1-5 years in Credit Appraisal & Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications, assess financial status, and prepare Credit Approval Memos (CAMs).
• Conduct personal discussions (PDs) and visit business locations of Rohtak clients to analyze applicant profiles.
• Ensure credit risk compliance and maintain Turnaround Time (TAT) for loan approvals.
• Monitor portfolio quality, track delinquencies, and support loan recovery efforts.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and third-party vendors of Rohtak for smooth processing.
• Hire, train, and manage the credit team while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain MIS reports and provide market insights for continuous process improvement.
