The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at Purulia Branch is responsible for managing Group Loans (GL), Individual Loans (IL), Family Banking, Deposits, and Insurance while ensuring excellent customer service and business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Acquire and manage Group Loans (GL) and encourage repeat loans.
  • Convert GL customers and referrals into Family Banking clients by opening savings accounts.
  • Promote Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and Insurance to customers and their families.
  • Identify and refer potential customers from Purulia for Individual Loans (IL) (secured and unsecured).

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Educate Purulia customers on banking products and financial services to enhance engagement.
  • Ensure smooth and timely insurance claim settlements.
  • Address customer queries and provide efficient resolutions.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Process loan applications with strict adherence to KYC and compliance guidelines.
  • Oversee loan disbursements and repayments to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Track and update transactions using internal banking systems.
  • Conduct market surveys to identify new customer acquisition opportunities in Purulia West Bengal.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: Preferred background in sales, microfinance, or banking in Purulia WB.
  • Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, sales acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
