Responsibilities

Pre-Disbursement Activities

• Handle footfalls at dealerships in the Dumka.
• Participate in activities conducted by the dealer.
• Lead generation through promotional activities organized by Sundaram Finance.
• Generate leads through referrals.
• Dealer interaction for marketing specific schemes in the Dumka.

Disbursement Responsibilities

• Collect invoices, insurance cover notes, and other relevant papers.
• Process loan documents for approval.
• Manage payment of the finance amount.

Customer Relations & Cross-Selling

• Respond to customer queries and grievances, providing timely information and resolution.
• Explore cross-selling opportunities with customers.

Qualification Criteria

• Education: At least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in any graduation.
• Age: Between 21 to 36 years.
• Location: Knowledge of the Dumka area and surrounding towns.
• Transportation: Own vehicle to close corporate deals and meet clients.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of finance products and sales workflow.
• Language: Fluency in Hindi or English.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel across Dumka and nearby areas.
