Experience Required
- Education: Graduate (any bachelor degree). MBA in Finance or Investment will be an advantage.
- Experience: 2+ years in Sales/BD/Client Relationship, especially in Branch Banking, Investment Banking, or related industries.
- Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of Satna clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities of ARM at HSBC
- Customer Acquisition: Win new customers by establishing networks with key business introducers in the Satna community and partnering with them to exchange referrals.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a relationship management strategy targeting international and domestic businesses in Madhya Pradesh.
- Collaboration: Work with product partners (such as PCM, Trade, Insurance, Financers, Banks) to assess the needs of international and domestic clients and provide appropriate solutions.
- Cross-Departmental Communication: Maintain excellent communication with Madhya Pradesh Group colleagues to identify and capture cross-border opportunities.
- Customer-Centric: Prioritize customer engagement and leverage recommendations to generate new business opportunities.
- Referrals: Facilitate active cross-country referrals via Global Links and local or overseas IBC as appropriate.
