Leading NBFC in Maharashtra of West India, UGRO Capital Limited hiring as Business Development Manager (BDM) in Wardha Maharashtra, UGRO Capital is BSE listed, Non–Banking Financial Company, below is details of recruitment, kindly review and submit job application.


Designation : Business Development Manager

Reporting to :  Branch Manager (BM)

Qualification:  Graduation

Experience/ Industry :  2-5 years

Work Location : Wardha, Maharashtra (Posting will nearby available location )

CTC : 1.80 to 2.50 lac + Performance based incentive

Education:  Graduate with at least 1 yrs. of Relevant exp.

Important Pointers:  CIBIL score expected 650+

Mandatory Docs: All Education certificates, Residence along with Id proof, All Experience letters.


Experience required for Urgo Jobs in Wardha: 

  • Must be a graduate (any bachelor degree). MBA’s Freshers can take advantage
  • Candidates having Sales experience of at-least 1 year in the Retail Banking Industry; especially Home Loans, Wealth and Current/Savings Accounts sales will be preferred
  • Understanding of the Local of market Wardha
  • Good client connects in the geography
  • Experience in lower ticket size up to 15 lacs
  • Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit

  • Sales and marketing / Develop business of LAP, Mortgage, Business loans through direct sourcing from Local market base in Wardha
  • Good client connects in the geography and convert in sales.
  • Sales of BFSI and lending products
  • Responsible for processing – documentations of Loans & other financial services.
  • Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving of individual & Wardha team/branch targets..
  • Meet the business objectives initiated by the respective city’s priority clients business
  • Customer focused need-based selling
  • Deepen customer relationship and maximize penetration
