Qualification:  Graduation

Experience/Industry Required :  0-5 years

Work Location : Sopore, Jammu and Kashmir (Posting will nearby available location )

CTC : 2.80 to 4.26 lac + Performance based incentive

Education:  Graduate with at least 6-7 months of work experince from the industry

Mandatory Docs: All Education certificates, Residence along with Id proof, All Experience letters.

Key Responsibilities at URGO Capital Job in Sopore:

• Firstly, Develop Business of LAP, Mortgage, Business loans through direct sourcing from Local market base in Sopore
• Good client connects in the geography and convert in sales.
• Sales of BFSI and lending products
• Responsible for processing – documentations of Loans & other financial services.
• Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving of individual & Sopore team/branch targets..
• Meet the business objectives initiated by the respective city’s priority clients business
• Customer focused need-based selling
• Deepen customer relationship and Maximise penetration

Experience Required for BDM Jobs in Sopore: 

• Must be a graduate (any bachelor degree). MBA’s Freshers can take advantage
• Candidates having Sales experience of at-least 6 months in the Retail Banking Industry especially Home Loans, Wealth and Current/Savings Accounts sales will be preferred

• Experience in lower ticket size up to 15 lacs
• Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage
